Bernd Lohaus, Recovering Rope Works after 50 years, March 2018 [video], 2018
Video , 00:03:55

Three rope-sculptures made by Bernd Lohaus and purchased by the collector Isi Fiszman were supposed to be lost. The last time they had been spotted was in the sixties, when Luc Deleu saw a car being pulled with one of the ropes. Fifty years after their disappearance, they were discovered in an attic at the Wolstraat in Antwerp. The artist Dennis Tyfus shows them to Anny De Decker, Bernd's wife. (Later, Isi Fiszman donated the works to M HKA.) Filmed by Hans Theys
