Hans Theys ist Philosoph und Kunsthistoriker des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er schrieb und gestaltete fünzig Bücher über zeitgenössische Kunst und veröffentlichte zahlreiche Aufsätze, Interviews und Rezensionen in Büchern, Katalogen und Zeitschriften.

Diese Plattform wurde von Evi Bert (M HKA : Centrum Kunstarchieven Vlaanderen) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerpen (Forschungsgruppe ArchiVolt), M HKA, Antwerpen und Koen Van der Auwera entwickelt. In 1971, Panamarenko returns to the P.A.T. theme in the design for Stepstraal. The device consists of a tubular frame to which two propeller-motors are attached, and has two foot-supports for the pilot, who during flight remains standing upright. The drawing again shows a hydrogen-peroxide fueled rocket. When the fluid is expelled under high pressure, two 'streams' are visible behind the pilot.
