Hans Theys

Hans Theys ist Philosoph und Kunsthistoriker des 20. Jahrhunderts. Er schrieb und gestaltete fünzig Bücher über zeitgenössische Kunst und veröffentlichte zahlreiche Aufsätze, Interviews und Rezensionen in Büchern, Katalogen und Zeitschriften.

Diese Plattform wurde von Evi Bert (M HKA : Centrum Kunstarchieven Vlaanderen) in Zusammenarbeit mit der Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerpen (Forschungsgruppe ArchiVolt), M HKA, Antwerpen und Koen Van der Auwera entwickelt. Panamarenko

An early drawing by Panamarenko, dated 15 January 1970, shows his first developed project for a robot, to which he gave the title Aluminaut. The robot has a spherical body with a single lens for an eye. Only in 2004 did Panamarenko decide to turn the design into a working robot. He took the machine with him that summer to the North Pole, where he shot a series of videos with Arlikoop, set in the expanse of snow and ice.
