Danny Devos - Erd Ecke & Black Dahlia - February 25th 2007 [video], 2007
Video , 00:02:05

We see the artist Danny Devos creating 'Erd Ecke' and we see his sculpture 'Black Dahlia' in motion. Theys had seen this sculpture in the eighties and wanted to see it again 20 years later.
From February 25th till December 31st 2007 Hans Theys organised the continuously growing exhibition 'The Moss Gathering Tumbleweed Experience'. It started with works by five artists and ended with works by 105 artists. It took place at three venues at the same time (Nicc Antwerp, Lokaal 01 Breda, Galeria Klerkx Milaan). The first artist to be invited was Danny Devos, who created 'Erd Ecke' by gradually filling a corner of the exhibition space with sand generated by his ongoing performance "Diggin' for Gordon'.
